About the Event
Join Registered Holistic Nutritionist and fermentation enthusiast Beth Whalley for this hands-on workshop. Learn about the health benefits of fermented cabbage and discover how to make tasty sauerkraut and kimchi at home. Each participant will leave with a recipe booklet and their own jar of cabbage ready to ferment at home. *Participants are asked to bring a sharp knife, cutting board and large bowl with them.
